Description

Handwoven scarf made from silk for luxury, softness and a fabulous drape. The warp contains a multitude of colours shading from dark purple on one edge through lilacs, pinks and reds to dark red on the opposite edge. The pattern motif is based on a swirling continuous line woven in complementary shaded satin weave designs so that the image appears to come into and out of focus. The weft is lime/ gold which gives great iridescence. The scarf is finished with a hand-sewn hem.
